Andrew,
It seems like yesterday that you left us! How we miss you and love you! We go and visit your Mom and Dad a lot just like Mom Mom and Pop Pop used to do. There doing ok and your little cousin, Nathan Andrew, their first grandchild is such a joy and comfort for them. So much has happened since you left us and I know your looking down on everyone and you see what's going on. I'm sure God does have great plans for you up in heaven and your taking good care of Mom Mom and Pop Pop and Grandpa Nordstrom as well. We'll never stop keeping your memory alive.

Andrew! Man do i miss you! I cant believe we are graduating in just a few months. I know you cant be here physically but I know you'll defintely be there in heart and spirit!! I still remember sitting at the tables in civics class with you like it was yesterday! I remember all your funny jokes and how you could make anyone laugh with out even trying! I miss you lots! Prom was fun last year. I know you were enjoying it with us from heaven! I miss you man and I know you'll be one of my guardian angels meetin me at the gates.. it will be such a warm welcome one day!!

Happy Valentine's Day, Andrew. Today we said good bye to Alyssa's dear grandmother. All her children got up and spoke about the wonderful life she led and what a great mother, grand mother, aunt and friend she was throughout her whole life. Made me cry not just for her but for you. At the wake, Alyssa's aunt Nancy told me about how when we had the shower for Alyssa at our house, you took Nancy into your room and showed her all your collections, rocks and coins and boxes. She said she fell in love with you that day, that you were such a wonderful boy. She spoke of how she misses you and tells your story so that other parents will not have to lose a child like we lost you. You are still loved and missed by so many. Love you, my son. Missing you this day of love.

Andrew, with everyone growing up so fast, I sometimes feel like a lot of us have forgotten, but man, thats not true. You're still in us deep down. James and I were talking about you the other day. Just thinking about Brass Castle, Middle School, and Matts house gets me thinking, how could you be gone...but then again, no one is ever 'gone'...just thought i'd say I still miss you man...and i STILL remember that joke you told me...hahahahahah...i would say, but its a little inappropriate...you know it!

For your 14th birthday, you wanted to have a party. You invited several of your friends, and when I asked you how long it would be you told me from 2 till 10 pm! I remember saying, Andrew, what are you going to do that whole time? You told me not to worry about it, you had everything planned. I was a little skeptical, I planned the food and you took care of the rest. From swimming to games, to man hunt, followed by a fireworks show, everyone had a great time. Watch later, my son, the fireworks will be shooting off to celebrate you. We miss you and love you still. All my love, MOM
