As sad as I feel, I try to replace it with a funny thought of Andrew. When he was 3, he came down with pneumonia, so we were pretty much confined at home. I decided to wallpaper the diningroom. Andrew loved to sit in boxes, so there was a big box in the living room that he was holed up in, watching TV. He started taking all the remnants of the wallpaper and putting them on his box, and when he ran out, I started pasting whole pices, until the whole box was covered inside and out with the wallpaper. He would show everyone who came in the house his papered box that he decorated all by himself. He was so proud of that box! He always knew how to enjoy life!

One of my favorite memories of Andrew were his hugs. It seemed that no matter how big he got or how old he was he always had a hug for Shannon and I when we came to visit. Even when we would shake hands he had a hug to back it up. I know he did the same for the rest of his family but it really meant alot to us. I look forward to day when we meet again and I 'm sure he'll have a well needed hug waiting for each of us.
Thanks Andrew - we love and miss you.

i remember when we called andrew and he came to hang out with us and he was running down the hill on washburn and we went up to his house and we were just hanging around his driveway and then kim found a dead bird and andrew used a shovel to pick it up and tried throwing it in one of the broken windows of the barn behind his house and he missed the window and hit the wall and it made a reely loud noise...we laughed for hoursss...we were on the ground..it was great...we miss him so much and we hope that you are doing better after this horrific loss..
RIP Andrew..we love you..

We shared your Birthday with your family and your family shared Renee's with us. How proud you must be of them. Today is saturday August
Today is Saturday August 5th 2006. Today is the Boyscout picnic. I will go but with a heavy heart for sure. Today they give out the badges and advancements to all the scouts. A proud day for every parent for sure. O f all the proud moments with Andrew his Scout accomplishments are so special to me. As Andrew looks down on me I miss his smile and his love for everything. As I sit at the picnic I will think back and smile about something you did as a scout. They were good times for sure. Remembering you my son Dad
